🔁 Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in new, unused condition, with all original packaging intact.

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

  • Store credit will be issued for all approved returns, which can be used for any future purchase on our website.

  • Pre-orders canceled within 7 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, credit or eligible refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • If your order arrives damaged, please report it within 5 days of delivery, including:

    • Clear photos of the damage

    • Photo of the SKU label from the packaging

  • Once approved, a free replacement will be sent with the same item (same color, same size).

  • Reports submitted after 5 days or without visual proof may not be eligible for replacement.


📩 Return Guidelines

  • Items with visible signs of wear, stains, or excessive use will not be accepted.

  • Make sure the item is properly packaged to avoid damage during return transit.
